Waiheke Island is accessible from Auckland's CBD or North Shore via Fuller's passenger ferry service. The car ferry departs from Auckland's eastern suburbsand from Wynyard Wharf, CBD during the summer.

TARIFF & CONDITIONS

$290-$425/night, 2 night minimum
(December 20 to January 31st approximately, 7 night minimum)
One-off cleaning and linen fee of $95 - for stays of 2 days or less
Service after departure
Tarrif includes starter tea, coffee, basic condiments,and a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates. The nearby village of Oneroa is well supplied with food and wine shops and there is a supermarket about 10 minutes away by car or bus.
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm booking, remainder due at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Refund / Cancellation Policy: The deposit amount less 20% will be refunded due to cancellation if 60 days prior to booked date. Cancellation within 60days prior, refunds will only be made if property is relet. Should exceptional circumstances arise that cause the property to become unavailable all monies will be refunded in full.
Please note that the property is not suitable for parties and is a smoke-free house.
